technques alone will not get you through a training session for more than 5 mintues if you dont have the phyiscal fitness to get you through a training session MMA is the toughest and most physicall of all combats sports in the world. speed strenght stamina are all needed for MMA to enable the prectioner to become profiecent at MMA
